At Auris Beauty, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. Due to the personal nature of our IPL hair removal devices, certain return restrictions apply for hygiene and safety reasons.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items only.
To be eligible for a return:

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on used or opened IPL devices unless the item is defective or arrives damaged.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Auris Beauty is not responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase only. After this period, orders may already be processed or shipped.
